Go to rabbitchat.live in Chrome on your Android phone.
Tap the install banner if one shows up. If not, open the ⋮ menu and choose Install app — some phones call it Add to Home screen.
Say yes to the prompt. The Rabbit Chat icon is added to your home screen, alongside your other apps.
Go to rabbitchat.live in Safari on your iPhone.
It is the square with an arrow pointing up. Depending on your iOS version it sits in the Safari toolbar or inside the menu button next to the address bar.
Scroll down the share sheet, choose Add to Home Screen, then tap Add. The icon appears on your home screen.
The first time you start a chat, your phone asks for camera and microphone access. Allow both, or the person you are matched with will see and hear nothing from you.
Open Rabbit Chat from its own icon, like any other app. It fills the whole screen instead of sitting inside a browser tab.
Nothing about the chat itself changes. Tap, say hi, skip to the next face whenever you like — just with one step less to get there.
Changed your mind? Press and hold the icon and remove it, the way you would any other app. The browser version keeps working.

Chrome does not offer Install app in incognito tabs. Open the site in a regular tab and look again.
If the icon is already there, open Rabbit Chat from it instead of installing a second time.
Installing is optional. The browser version works the same, so you can start chatting right now.
