How Rabbit Chat works

From the first tap to your tenth hop — how matching, skipping, and staying in control work on Rabbit Chat.

1. You tap start

It begins with one tap. There is no dialing, no browsing a list, and no signup wall — you turn your camera on and join the queue. Rabbit Chat is 18+ only, and you can start anonymously; a profile is optional and comes later if you want it.

Because there is nothing to set up first, the gap between "I feel like talking to someone" and actually being in a chat is measured in seconds, not minutes.

2. You get matched

Rabbit Chat pairs you with another person who is on camera right now. It is one-on-one and live — the two of you, in real time, both able to see and hear each other. No audience is watching, and nothing is a recording on a loop.

The pairing is random, so who you meet changes every time. That is the point: a new face every hop, from a mix of people that shifts through the day.

3. You stay or you hop

If the chat is fun, you stay and keep talking. If it is not clicking, one tap ends it and hops you to a brand-new face right away. You never have to explain yourself, and the other person has the same freedom.

Extended one-on-one time uses coins when a chat is going well and you want to keep it going, and the price is always shown before you spend. Starting and hopping, though, are free.

4. You stay in control

You decide when your camera is on and when you leave — you can end any chat instantly. Block and report are on hand in every conversation if someone is out of line, and they ride with the other person, not you.

Your chat stays between the two of you: Rabbit Chat does not broadcast it or post it anywhere. Sharing more than your live camera — your name, socials, anything else — is always your choice, never required.

Quick questions

How fast does matching happen?

Usually within seconds of tapping start, because there is no signup or setup in the way. You go straight into the queue and get paired with someone who is on camera now.

Can I skip as many times as I want?

Yes. Hopping to a new face is free and unlimited — one tap ends the current chat and starts a new one.

What if someone behaves badly?

End the chat instantly, and use block and report, which are available in every conversation. You are always able to leave the second you want to.
